Personalized & Custom Items
Since our products are handcrafted and personalized specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns on custom items. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or provide a full refund. Please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Email us at ishaarts.shop@gmail.com with your order number
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund
- After 24 hours but before production begins, a 20% cancellation fee applies
- Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
